To create sustainable benefit from an engagement with eli, we recommend the following three steps:

ASSESSMENT
A formal or informal assessment to ensure a shared understanding of expectations, deliverables, and timelines.

Even an informal discussion may reveal underlying issues or factors vital to success. Further, information provided in discussion may point to the need for one type of assessment over another if a formal assessment is required.

The assessment process need not be expensive or time-consuming.

EXECUTION
Services are delivered as agreed with the client. eli consultants confirm deliverables in a contract prior to execution, and guarantee client satisfaction with all work performed.

Depending on client needs, engagements are structured as individual projects; longer-term assignments tied to specific goals and billing milestones; or on a retainer basis.

FOLLOW-UP
Follow-up is performed as prearranged with the client to ensure continued success of a project or assignment. This might range from brief contact or coaching with the client at specific intervals, to more formal reinforcement of the program or services rendered.
